Lewin cocoa bean process machine:
This line include: roaster, peel machine, colloid mill, hydraulic
oil presser, crush machine, grind machine, by these process, it
will help you get cocoa butter and cocoa powder.
The process to get cocoa butter and cocoa powder:
1. Roast cocoa bean at first to peel skin easily.
2. After heat, use peeling machine to remove cocoa bean's shell,
the hot temperature is helpful to remove skin.
3. Grind to paste, colloid mill will grind the cocoa bean to paste.
If you need sell the cocoa paste or need to manufacture chocolate,
also need this machine.
4. Use filte cloth to pack the cocoa paste, then put it into
material cylinder and pressing, you will get the cocoa butter and
cocoa oil cake.Cocoa butter you use bottle to pack it. For oil
cake, we can see next step.
5. Put the oil cake into first machine, you will get thick powder.
6. Grind the cocoa cake again, you will get the cocoa powder with
low oil yield.
